1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required

Securely package items in original packaging
Ship to:

Include RA number clearly on the package
3. Refund Processing
Refunds issued within 5 business days of receiving returned items
Original payment method will be credited
Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless item was defective
4. Non-Refundable Items
Software licenses & digital downloads
Customized/personalized products
Products damaged by misuse or improper installation
5. Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence
We will cover return shipping costs
Choice of replacement or full refund
